日本立教大學Rikkyo University交換計畫

文藻外語大學與日本立教大學交換計畫

  • 合作模式
  1. 每名學生最多可交換一學年或一學期,每學年最多兩名學生。
  2. 大學生與研究生皆可申請
  3. 交換學生將以全日制非學位生註冊
  • 申請條件
  1. 大學生:必須於本校完成至少兩年學業;研究生必須在本校完成一年學業。
  2. 立教大學入學時間為秋季9月,交換申請截止日為331
  3. 秋季錄取結果通知日為630日。
  4. 交換學生由本校選拔,但由立教大學批准錄取。
  5. 大學生英語能力需達TOEFL-iBT 76分/IELTS 6.0或同等能力程度;研究生:英語能力需達TOEFL-iBT 90分/IELTS 6.5或同等能力程度。
  • 課程相關規範
  1. 若欲修習日語授課課程,需通過日語能力測驗(J6級)
  2. 交換生須於新生報到期間參加立教大學日語教育中心舉辦之日語分班測驗,才能註冊日語課程或任何以日語授課的學術課程。根據分班測驗結果,學生將能註冊以日語授課之學術課程。
  3. 若遇課程報名截止或設備有限,立教有權限制交換生註冊特定課程。
  4. 立教大學將提供每名交換生正式學業成績單。
  5. 學生於立教大學獲得之學分可按本校程序抵免轉移。
  • 學生之責任
  1. 出發前學生需辦妥所需簽證。
  2. 須遵守立教所有規範
  3. 學生需在文藻完成註冊。若立教大學需收取額外費用將事先通知。(如一般課程以外之課程)
  4. 交換生須於立教大學交換期間投保海外醫療險,並加入日本國民健康保險。
  •  學生所承擔費用包含:
  1. 食宿
  2. 交通
  3. 保險
  4. 教科書和教材
  5. 護照、簽證及相關申請費用
  6. 生活開支
  7. 其他個人費用
  • 交換期限
  1. 交換期間不得超過一學年
  2. 完成交換學習後,學生必須返回本校,未經本校和接待學校許可,不得延長停留。
  • 學期安排如下
  1. 春季學期:4月初至7月底
  2. 秋季學期:9月底至1月底

 

  1. Collaboration Model
  • The duration of the student exchange will be up to one academic year per student with a maximum number of one student per academic year. This equates to an alternative period of one academic semester per student with a maximum number of two students per academic year.
  • Both undergraduate and graduate students are eligible to apply.
  • Exchange students will be registered as full-time non-degree students.

 

  1. Requirements
  • Undergraduate students: Must have completed at least two years of study at their home institution; graduate students: Must have completed at least one year of study at their home institution.
  • Admission at Rikkyo University begins in September (Fall semester), with the application deadline set for March 31.
  • Admission results will be announced by June 30.
  • Students to be exchanged shall be selected by the home institution, but they shall be accepted subject to approval for admission by the host institution.
  • English entry requirements:

TOEFL-iBT score of 76; IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent (for undergraduates)

TOEFL-iBT score of 90; IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent (for graduates)

 

  1. Academic agreement
  • While previous experience of the Japanese language is not necessarily required for the admittance to the exchange program at Rikkyo University, students must meet the minimum required level of the Japanese language proficiency (J6) if they wish to be successfully enrolled in academic courses offered in Japanese.
  • During the orientation, incoming exchange students must take the Japanese Language Placement Test, given by Rikkyo University's Center for Japanese Language Education, in order to register for the Japanese language program or any academic courses offered in Japanese. Based on the result of placement test, students will be able to register academic courses offered in Japanese.
  • The host institution retains its right to exclude exchange students from registering for certain types of courses where registration is closed or facilities are limited.
  • Any academic credits that the students receive from Rikkyo University may be transferred back to Wenzao in accordance with procedures determined by Wenzao.
  • Rikkyo University will provide each exchange student with an official academic transcript.
  1. Responsibility of students
  • Students must complete all necessary visa applications prior to departure.
  • Students must comply with all regulations set by Rikkyo University.
  • Any other fees that may be charged by the host institution to a visiting student, such as those for courses not included in the regular curriculum of the host university, will be addressed in advance by the host institution.
  • Exchange students are required to join an adequate overseas health insurance that extends the coverage for the duration of their intended study at the host institution. Students must join the Japanese National Health Insurance for the duration of their stay in Japan.

Students are responsible for

  • textbooks and any other required course material
  • food and living expenses
  • all other personal expenses
  1. Duration of Exchange Program
  • The period of stay at the host institution as an exchange student shall not exceed one

academic year.

  • Upon the completion of an exchange student's studies at the host institution, the student must return to the home institution. No extension of stay shall be permitted without the permission of both the home and host institutions.

Semester schedule:

  • Spring semester: Early April to late July
  • Fall semester: Late September to late January
